Who is Naval Ravikant?

Naval Ravikant is an American based Investor also Co-founder and Chairman of AngelList. Now you would ask but why is Naval Ravikant so famous? He is famous due to his insights on skill development in your job or be it life and everything. His tweets are really appreciative to me at least. I have attached a link to his 2018 tweet where he mentioned how renting our time is not going to make one rich rather one should have an owner ship, be it their skills, ownership in a company or companionship  of a smart and intelligent individual in business or life.
